A disservice to the review was working on the bike yourself because you have the skill. What people reading your article want to learn is the owner experience working with a direct to consumer product to resolve mechanical issues. How are problems handled? Tune around time? Do they send a mobile repair van or do you need to rent a pickup truck and bring it to a shop? What was it like working with an “ approved Ebike store” to get the issues resolved? Does radpower pay the shop or do you pay and then get credited? What did radpower cover under warranty and what were your out of pocket expenses. Maybe it could have been a smooth process with great communication or it was a cluster, we will never know.

Good review, this bike seems like a pretty good deal. Now if we can just find a way to encourage the people who ride these beasts to be more considerate of other cyclists and pedestrians as they blaze down the local rail trail at high rates of speed. I could tell you some stories…
